Fender Custom Shop "Private Collection" H.A.R. Stratocaster Master Built by Dennis Galuszka

Fender Custom Shop "Private Collection" H.A.R. Stratocaster Master Built by Dennis Galuszka
Hand-built by Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilder Dennis Galuszka, this Fender C "Private Collection" H.A.R. Stratocaster is an exact reproduction of one of the earliest known black Stratocasters ever produced–a custom order for Howard Reed Jr., guitarist for legendary rockabilly group Gene Vincent and his Blue Caps. Reed didn't know he was making history when he ordered the guitar from the McCord Music Company of Dallas, Texas, nor did he know he would be starting a custom color tradition that continues at Fender to this day. He just knew what he wanted, and how he wanted it... a Stratocaster. Black. The H.A.R. is just that–black–and true to Reed's original, down to the dings, scratches, and even the H.A.R. lettering, Howard's initials.
