Pack Your Gear
Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping container with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation to ensure it arrives in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at a local shipping hub, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
