Electronics: The pickups have been replaced with Gibson mini-humbuckers from 1972, with embossed covers and patent number stickers on the back. The pickups are not hard mounted into the body; instead the rings are secured by screws to nuts soldered onto the pickup ears. The pickup rings have tape around the bottom edges to fit snugly in the pickup cavity. One tone capacitor has also been replaced.
