Electronics: The tone capacitor has been replaced and a non-original bridge pickup has been added. The bridge pickup has also been rewound. A non-original switch has been installed. All other electronics are original. The guitar has two black bobbin single coils, a three-way selector switch, a volume pot, and a tone pot. The switch has been wired such that the first and second positions activate the bridge pickup and the third position activates both. The pot codes date to 1958 and 1959.

Pickup Measurements: neck - 4.8 kΩ, bridge - 4.4 kΩ

Hardware: The bridge has been replaced and the pickguard has been cut to accommodate it. The tuners, nut, strap buttons, and volume knob have been replaced. All other hardware is original.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Fender guitar has aged well and is in good condition. The finish is glossy with some light surface scratching and some small dents and dings throughout. The back of the headstock shows some empty screw holes from the original tuners. The metal hardware has some light tarnish with age.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The frets are narrow and medium height with light play wear. The serial number dates to 1959.
